Brigette, you may already know this, but in case:
Before selling any produce as washed, triple washed, etc.: check your state regulations. You may need a processing license, complete with inspections and certain types of equipment.
If all you're claiming to do is to have rinsed the produce to get the worst of the dirt off, and you're telling the customers that they should wash it themselves, this probably puts you in a different category as far as food safety regulations are concerned (though there may be other factors affecting this.)
