I say 'Keep it Simple'
A 4' x 12' frame of 2x2" with hardware cloth on two sawhorses seems
to be enough for our operation. For the greens washing, I just use a large
clean rubbermaid. One rinse and onto the frame table for drying and then
into the distribution containers. Its good for the back to keep everything
high, stacked on another rubbermaid container.
The roots go on this frame table for rinsing too.
Best, John
