I sell composted horse manure. I probably sell or donate about 60 tons a year...which sounds like a lot but isn't really. The rest is used on the farm. I would not actually sell it at market though. I would not combine compost/compost manure with food sales. Even if it were done in a fashion to avoid any cross contamination (bagged or buckets) I would think that the marketing might be a bit tricky. We either deliver on non-market days or fill truck beds.
