Hi Y'All
Happy Easter
I know most of you may live at your farm. What type of insurance do you have to protect from folks coming on your property. Does anyone run a market at their farm? What kind of insurance do you have and what does it cover?
I am looking for a farm I have where I don't live but have helpers and potentially a market on my farm.
Thanks

I think you might need to talk to an insurance agent in your state.
In New York, at any rate, for people living on the farm (as I do) you can get a farmowners' policy that covers both ordinary house fire insurance etc. and also likely on-farm liability issues. But I don't know what you would get for a farm business not located where you live -- I'm sure something is available, though.
You may also need workmen's compensation insurance for the workers.
