Shawnee, thanks for the link. I had to laugh at your signature line.  We had a surprise goat birth here on Sunday and my goat mentor already has a home for him, and wanted to come get him Friday.  While I was already hesitant to let such supreme cuteness go so quickly, my second thought was "ohmygod, I can't have anyone visit the farm NOW!  My cows are SO muddy!"  My goat mentor would yell at me for sure!  Here's hoping you dry out quickly, and I guess I need to rotate the cows into their next yard this weekend.  So much for having a down day........

This video is not what you might think  at first. (No negative rants)  There is a story here about integrity, farmers, and the love of what we do.  Spare 20 minutes and renew some hope.  On the same web page should be another Barber talk about La Veta  de Palma fish farm which is excellent also.  Spreading this information helps people to better understand buying local and how small growers fit into the Big Ag corners.
