We Pay $60 a week and have an agreement that we have the park every single week May-November.
City Park
Parking
County liability insurance umbrella
bathrooms
water
electric
No guards/none needed
no help with advertising
No contract.
We were quite lucky to have scored this deal three years ago.
Our county extension agent is on our farmers market board and I think that helped.

To any of you who are involved in Farmers Markets....does your market pay
a fee to the city/town? If so...how much? What does your market get in
return for the fee? eg. park situation, security guards, help with
advertising...
Do you have a contract?
