They sell BT in too large of quantities for us and I really don't want to
sign my life away with all their disclaimers. I have had customers buy our
corn because we don't spray with anything and yes it does have some worms, but I
charge $4.00 a 1/2 dozen and always sell out of any quantity we take to the
market. We like to transplant on black plastic to help with the weeds and
usually buy small quantity's of seed and buy a number of different varieties to
give us a lot of different maturities. We are not trying to corner the
market on sweet corn and only have it to sell to our regular customers who
mainly coming to our booth to buy salad greens, lamb, and the other things we
grow.
