I have no problem selling them and they are very popular with our farm share members. I get $2 each if they are large or $4 a pound if they are on the small size and generally sell out. i was just wondering if there was a difference between cultivars and it looks like there really isn't

The first couple of years we had to do a lot of sampling but after they tasted them they we sold.  We try  to put away quite a few  for us every year, they really work well in soups and roasts and that is a lot of our winter diet, but then anything works in soups and roasts when it's cold outside.
