I live in the Sonoma Valley and have a very small farm, mainly selling at farmers markets and little to restaurants. Where in Sonoma County is his land. There are a lot of great markets not only in Sonoma County but Marin County and further south.
There is also a strong interest from chefs to buy from local farms. There is also some great organizations depending where the land is in the county to help connect farmers with chefs, one being fork and shovel http://www.forkandshovel.com
Good luck,
Andrea
