I enjoy baking especially on cold rainy days. As kids in the good old days we
boys learned from our dads and girl learned from their moms. I deeply regret
not learning to bake and sew from my mom. Today I have to master these skills
on my own and with help from the web. What is really unfortunate is my women
folk are old school feminists and refused to learn baking and sewing so I
have to do it for them. I feel sorry for kids today, their parents may be
very tech savvy and infactuated with making money but when it comes to real
world skills like baking or growing food they are blubbering fools. There
will be nothing of substance for them to pass on the the next generation...

There are a few people that have these wood burning ovens that come to the
Farmers Markets and make the best pizza's using fresh vegetables, goat
cheese, etc. Can't get any better than these, or more nutritious. My
favorite is goat cheese, kale, and thinly sliced tomatoes with basil.
I think it would be great to have one to make bread and pizza in.
