On my small scale "Farm" in Kansas, I have been picking Broccoli for a month now. I have been selling it for $3.00 a pound. I have been selling out most of the time. My markets are more rural and we don't get the high urban center prices. I am happy with $3.00. I have not advertised the actual price per pound though. I just bag it up into $1 bags. It is easy to sell, since it is "Just a Buck". Cabbage, how big are the heads? We had a producer tonight sell small cabbage heads for $0.50 each. The heads were bigger than a Softball, but not much. How about Cauliflower, I have been selling beautiful, bug free heads for $4.00 each. They are as big as my hand with fingers spread out, 6-8 inches across.
