I have the Solo backpack sprayer and it works fine for what I need. I
second the person who said get the hipbelt. I'd add get the padded
shoulder straps, or add your own padding. One thing the Solo is not
good for is Surround, that kaolin clay bug-repelling compound. You can
use it for Surround, but then the whole sprayer has to be dismantled
and cleaned because the kaolin can destroy the rubber bits. So if you
plan on using lots of Sussound, look for a different sprayer.
