I have a thread over on Newfarm that I started, almost verbatim from my website, but it has higher resolution photos.

If you want to see cross forum discussions. Someone has already mentioned getting the the three row planter which, I think with the right seed rollers and gear choices you can lay some nice high density bands of seeds.

Lots of possibilities for a hand seeder and small acreage.

It most certainly does, thank you Richard.

We are about to buy one or two seeders and I will report back at the end of
the season. No decision made yet but this Japanese company do a very good
range:

We have had an Italian Bassi & Bassi demonstrated which looks good but is
very very pricey:

Just a follow up.

I went ahead and purchased the Jang AP1 planter.

I made a news entry or review of it on my website for those that are
interested. We just got about 12" of snow dumped on us so its going
to be a while before I can REALLY try it out. Worked well on the
carpet with peas and beans. :)

Hope it helps out for anyone considering buying one.
