Several roads and bridges washed out in the area. The snow was absurdly
early even for here (20 miles from the Canadian border). But it had
been So dry all summer it was still dust below. And then the
Rain...goodness gracious....it would sure be fun to have a bit of rain
all year instead of a year's supply in a few hours. Hanging in
there...hiding in the house...making jams for the Holiday Farmers Market
next week. Celebrating the election even though our State of Idaho
decided to buck the trend......
