In Asia (specifically the Philippines), garlic greens are sold just like
chives or green onion. In fact when I first got to the US, I looked for
garlic greens in open markets and at regular grocery stores and what I found
was chives which was quite different in flavor and taste. GArlic greens are
used in soups as garnish much like green onion or added to just about
anything you love the garlic flavor.
