If it's not labeled for food crops it's not legal to use it that way; and not a good idea to use it that way anyway unless you're sure you understand why it's not so labeled and that there isn't actually a problem in the particular case.

Sometimes the same basic stuff has different labels in different formulations. Sometimes there's good reason for this; but sometimes the company just didn't jump through all the hoops. Maybe you could find a version that is labeled for the crop you want to use it on.
