The biggest pest problem I’ve had has been deer, but if you’re worried about bugs, just submerge the vines in a bucket of water and swish around for a bit – I’ve found that drowns/removes almost all bugs before bringing a plant inside.

 

I wish the deer were as easy to get rid of!
