What did you decide on for a salad spinner, and are you happy with your
decision? Any advice? Thank you.

Subject: [Market-farming] Salad spinners
I'm interested in a salad spinner for microgreens. Has anybody used one for
this purpose? www.Instawares.com has them for a great price, including one
from Eurodib which can handle 7 gallons.
Has anybody used the Eurodib model? (and have you used it for microgreens?)
Does it have a center core in the middle of the spinner bucket (sort of like
an angel food cake pan)?
I know that an old washing machine is a good option but I don't have the
right space to put one at this time, so I need to go with a portable model.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Adriana
