I discovered a new "tool" this fall after years of trying to use sharpie
markers on chicken bags and inevitably getting bags wet along the way. If
you've ever tried that, you know what happens to Sharpie markers when they
get wet, so we'd have a stash of 5 or 6 pens to use & rotate them.
This fall I noticed, in the hardware store in our tiny little town, a new
pen
from Sharpie - it's called "Sharpie Professional" and they write on wet or
oily surfaces. I haven't tried them on waxed boxes - which another grower
near us uses, but I'm thinking they'd be worth a try and they work great on
wet chicken bags.
Hope it helps someone!
