Marlin,
Is it possible it's a fungus gnat problem rather than disease? We find that
in the gray cool days of late winter, fungus gnat larvae do a LOT of damage
to seedlings - especially in peat based media that stays wet when there's no
sun. Also, once the larvae have damaged the roots, the transplants are a
lot more susceptible to disease. Pull up a yellow-looking plant or two and
see what the roots look like. You can often also see the larvae - but they
are small! Look for something transparent with a black head - it'll be
moving when the root isn't. Yellow sticky traps will help with the adults
(lay them horizontally for best effect) and a Gnatrol (a Bt product) drench
will control the larvae.
