2 cats is not enough, you need more, many more. We have 9 here on the farm
and wild birds wouldn't dare bother my garden, my fierce hunters routinely
bring in birds, voles, mice, etc. and proudly show me before they play with
them. Occasionally a bird gets away from them and we have a chase in the
house. And my cats are very well fed so they aren't wanting to eat, just
hunting.
