Is there a market or use for 'bolted' watercress?
Around here, it seems that the wild stuff hardly comes back in the spring before it runs to flower.
Is there ANY use for this tall, flowery stuff? Is there some effective way to manage wild cress so that it will not be lost to bolting?
Thanks -Allan
