Roger -- We use the weave method, stakes and twine, on black plastic. I
like the fact that the toms are not lying on the ground and also that the
plants are more exposed to light and air.
I do not like pounding and pulling the stakes.
Suckering the plants in not bad, as long as you keep up with them.
