I recently interviewed the major companies for our corporate plan.
Generally Verizon has the best network. All plans are pretty comparable
400 minutes for 39.99 per month. I use my cell phone exclusively now,
it is cheaper than home phone (unless you have teenagers in the house).
Tips to save minutes: call from a land line to retrieve voice messages.
A lot may depend on the area and whether you will making long distance
calls. You can email me off list if you would like more info.

How's this for a guy with a lot of questions?
But how choice to have a group of peers to ask questions of.
And what better group to understand that a cell phone is well outside
of what we can reasonably afford and, yet, this year, more than last,
it is clear that our customers are 'demanding' that I have a cell
with me, at least during deliveries.
The question: can anyone recommend a resonably priced plan from a
company that doesn't exploit you?
I am, by the way, aware of all the health warnings associated with
cell phones and, frankly, would not consider one if I had not found
out that Joel Salatin carries a cell phone. ;-) I guess it's about
time that I catch up with the world.
Thanks
