It's free in some places and not in others. I just read a
message (on another list) from a guy in Southern California
who must pay $5 for each Inter-Library Loan. Ouch!
It's free here (northern Pennsylvania) this year, although I
don't know if it will continue free as library funding was
cut severely this year. I sure hope it does: we live in a
small town and I really rely on ILL - I use it constantly.
