This past year was our first year to market farm. Like you, working out the kinks. We purchased a handing scale from Chatillon Scales. www.chatillon-scales.com

Watch the classifications of the scales, some are not legal for trade. Some states require inspections of scales before using. Our state doesn't but if an inspectors happens to come by at the market and the scales are not for legal trade he can invoke a fine.
