It explains it on their website.

I believe that they are talking about using a brassica mix and other
vegetable like field peas, turnips, soybeans and oilseed radish in
pasture. I know that Albert Lea Seed House carries many of the varieties
that are used in this type of pasture. http://www.alseed.com/
