Regarding the BCS tiller. I rented one while waiting for a belt for my troy-bilt horse model(purchased in 1985). I found the BCS to be terribly slow and limited in use compared to the troy-bilt. The troy-bilt is also great for cultivating and it is fast enough to pull the hiller attachment(and is only 7 horsepower) for making raised beds. After 18 years I have just replaced the engine this year and it has been used extensively in cucumber and now flower production. Don't know how the new troy-bilts are since they were bought out by another company. But I would recommend checking them out. I myself would not purchase the BCS after my experience with the rental unit.
