We use plastic and straw on about everything (plus row covers) and this
got to the plants before they got transplanted or within 24 hours and
were not affected by rain as they wilted before the rains came).
I believe we have a 1/2 acre of garden that has it in the soil and I
would like to know how to get it out of the soil as the plastic doesn't
help much anymore.
