Allen if your going the vinegar or sulfur route just band it along the
row, this will create a acidic zone nearest the root system, if Ph is the
problem then you will see some results is 10 days. At this time its too
late to recondition the entire soil beds.
If your growing non organic just band 25 pounds per acre ammonia nitrate
this will acidify the root zone and give you the most leaf growth.
Farmers around here sell spinach for processing and regularly apply over
200 pounds per acre N for the greenest spinach...Bob.
