OK, Guys my two cents worth. I have never
owned a Howard tiller. I did have a kubota for years that was built by woods. I
did use it completely up. And replaced it a 2 years ago with a King Kutter. I
have been real happy with it. The 5' mod. cost from tractor supply was $900.00.
The main thing I like about it is, the drive from pto to tiller tines is through
a cast iron gear box with gears not chain drive. Have had no trouble from it
