Hi Miranda,
Thanks again for all the information about growing watercress. Now I am
curious about where you lived when you had the CSA and sold to
restaurants. And would you mind if I contact you as a resource person
again sometime? Micro greens and organic greenhouse cucumber production
are questions that we get sometimes and it would be really nice to be
able to talk with someone who has done this.
Yeah, sometimes it snows in Arkansas, especially in northwest AR where
we are located. But I grew up in Iowa, so winter here isn't nearly so
long or cold.
