All the best for the new year.

We sure could use some of that snow or anykind of moisture, nothing in November and nothing in December, it is really dry.  Good time of the year for a drought but this is causing some problems.  The electric fences are hardly working at all unless you put in some ground posts and put a bucket of water on them to get some good grounds.  We have cows running i n stock fields  but having to do some haying just because there really isn't anything left for them to eat out there.  Not my cows, so I'm pretty sure they will be moving them soon.

I'm planing to go to the conference next month, the Thursday conference is just on high tunnels, sound interesting.  We are really busy this time of year in the greenhouses getting everything started for spring, would have been nice if the grasshoppers hadn't cleaned me out last fall of all our spinach and lettuce crop I had growing in the hoops but sometimes things are not to be.
