We don't have any. Thus far we have only had very nice looking ones.
However, sometimes you will get a less than desirable cut of roast or steak
and we tend to keep those apart from our normal stock we sell to the public.
Our processor is pretty good about following our instructions that, if in
doubt, make it into ground beef if you don't specifically mark it as less
than the type we would want to sell to the public.
You can guess who gets to eat those cuts.
