AVAILABLE




Looking for a great place to spend the fall? Please come talk to us. Two of
our four apprentices are going back to school. We are looking for one person
for September and October and the other for September only.



The work: Harvesting fall crops, including leeks, winter squash, Brussel
sprouts, broccoli, lettuce, spinach, bok choi, and Chinese cabbage as well
as our year-round micro-mix. Growing micromix. Harvesting fresh flowers and
making bouquets. Preparing dried flowers for display and sale. Harvesting
greenhouse-grown vegetables and flowers.



Housing: Private rooms in an apprentice-only house

Stipend: $150.00 a week, vegetables as available

Education: Formal classes once a week, hands-on training as necessary
