The Ho Mi (Korean Prehistoric Hand Plow) is absolutely the best hand tool
ever. You can get a short and long handled version. I use the short
handled one. One does need to bang the blade back into the handle
periodically with a hammer, but otherwise, it's the best tool there is.
Don't know if Johnny's has it, but Cook's Garden and most decent garden
centers have it for between $12 and $14 dollars.
