Hi Nan,
have you considered refund glass jars (twist off type)? Since you have direct
customers, you could charge them so much per jar (e.g. the purchase price) and
refund them when they return them (clean). They are fine for goats cheese, can
be sterilized, and don't add to waste mountains.
