I'm not sure this is true. I think the general public expects organic foods
to be grown/produced without any chemicals, of which pesticides are only a
percentage (albeit it hefty percentage). It is true that most organic
farmers use very few pesticides, even "allowed" ones once they get their
soils in balance.
