Hi list, My veggies including corn is grown for CSA members so not that big a
deal if they undress it which actually I don't mind because I (or the cows or
the chickens) just eat whats left.
Our corn does tend to have an ear worm at the tip, I just put a knife with
thc corn and told them to cut the tip off (or I'll cut it for them if its too
icky for them). I was wondering however for you folks selling at stands or
markets, would corn that has been husked and tips cut off if need be then
packaged in clear plastic sell? I realize it doesn't stay as fresh, but in
this era of convenience food there might be a market. Beth
