How are the Ag regulations in the Asheville area? Does the
State sign on to the USDA meat processing exemption for
small producers? How about Aquaculture/fish raising
regulations? Where are farmers markets located? Are they any
good/active. What kind of clientele attend them. Do they
have tough market regulations. What kind of facilities do
they have for Farmers? Does the state, county and city all
have inspectors? What's the climate like? What do people
grow around you?

Here in Colorado the nearest farmers market is Pueblo -
around 45 minutes away. When we used to live in Boulder, CO
there was an incredible farmers market there and the money
was great! A place called Deckers was the farm of choice to
visit for most and the Munns had their own roadside stand on
an outstanding corner of two major roads bordering their
farm. Lucky dogs!!
