I had good luck with kits a few years ago when I was going to market, it started with customers complaining about not knowing how to cook kale, next week I brought in the Coleman stove and heated up some kale and potato soup, making people taste it and had prepared brown bags with the recipe and ingredients in,they really went well.
But it turned in to me bringing a crockpot of soup to market every week, selling cup of soups, then after 4 years it became a soup cook book, there are many possibilities

I've heard that selling produce kits works quite well. We've tried the salad mix kits and they sell out,

A salsa mix almost like your spaghetti mix would be good. Carrots, potatoes and onions kit would be good for beef stew or pot roast.
