Hi folks,
it is true that under the new national organic rule you are exempt from
certification if you sell less than $5,000 in organic produce annually.
Remember, you MUST grow the food according to the organic standards, you
are just exempt from the certification process. The New Organic rule
can be found on the USDA website. Violators of this rule should be
reported to the USDA NOP ( NAtional Organic Program)
