Subject: small colleges with institutional farms

Hello to all...

I am considering having my "Ecology of Agriculture" students at Principia
College evaluate the feasibility of estabilishing a small scale student run
vegetable production operation on land owned by the college. I would like
to provide my students with a list of contact info for the farm managers of
small college farms.

Off the top of my head, I think of the following small colleges in the US
that have farms:
Hampshire College, Sterling College, Warren Wilson College, Evergreen
College, Oberlin College, Wilson College, Barea College, Deep Springs College.

I would appreciate contact information for the farm manager of each of
these small college farms and any others. I would also appreciate info
concerning a listserve specifically dedicated to the discussion of small
college farms that I think was mentioned on SANET sometime ago.

Thanks in advance !

Joel
