I really admire your tenacity. I run into the same behavior where I pick
up my ammendments. It's been going on for ten years now and we are in a
good organic area. Slowly, ever so slowly, I am starting to make sense to
them.
I've switched over to using fishmeal as a source of nitrogen and
phosphorous.
It was new ground last year and thankfully I didn't need much. Soon I won't
need any. You might want to do that, the phosphorous is also more readily
available.
