id invest in planet jr with the three seed plates you can seed just about
any seed and add the brush option for better control of seed placment

with a push handle and you can hand seed on 9-11 inch centers
then when you expand you operation you can add a bar clamp and and add more
seeder units and put it on your tractor ..... cost ~` 250 used; 500 new ...
