Liz you asked

do you use this nursery ground cloth as mulch under crops? Do you
plant through it?? How?? (cutting it?? does it ravel?) s

long term weed barriers such as those used for greenhouse flooring or
container plant growing can be planted trough by cutting holes with either
with a pair of scissors or a branding iron or a propane torch ...are great
for flowers ...with these one person can hand weed an acre in a day!....if
you cut them into managable pieces say 50 ft x 12 feet they can be used
for annuals and you can remove them at year end and resue the following
season especially useful with drip and do not tear when the dogs or cows or
in our case elk, walk through the field :)

they are about same cost as single season mulch when amortized over the
life of the fabric....but cost ~$3000 per acre where single use mulch costs
~`250 per acre
small pieces cost $50 per 3 x 300 feet
