Is this a type of multiplying onion? Some of the ones I am familiar
with are potato onions and Egyptian or walking online. There are many
other types. A wonderful onion that tastes somewhere between shallot,
scallion and sweet onion - a fairly mild one. Ther will bear, under
mulch all through the winters in Central Piedmont NC.
