    Default Machining a T-Nut

    I purchased a QCTP for both my lathes and now need to machine the t-nut to the correct size. How much smaller should the t-nut be then the t-slot? Obviously,I would like the best fit possible. So how much play should there be?

    When I made mine I used .003"/.005" clearance in all directions, just keep both ears the same dim..
