are you doing the standard directory structure, or are you moving the lib and conf directories? i haven't tested that config very much.
does the rest of the system work after that initial 404?
let me know any other details you have.

I've improved the installation process a good bit. Now there is better
feedback when installing, the .htaccess file is automatically wrigten, and
there is a configuration option if you want to move lib and config into
the main directory. The Installation.txt file has been updated
accordingly, so make sure to read it when installing.
Download the new nightly and try it out:
