Someone around here has a small herd of Gypsy Vanners.  I havent seen one in person but pictures are stunning!

John, it sounds like your new stallion is a Gypsy Cob/Vanner. They are "painted", and if the white part goes over the eye it is often blue. He has long "feathers", am I right? Beautiful horses.
